Natural ways to get rid of stretch marks


Exfoliation is one of the better ways to lighten stretch marks.
Mix coffee grounds with honey or olive oil and massage it into the skin. Allow the mixture to remain on your skin for about 30 minutes and rinse off. Coffee helps improve your circulation, which can help reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
Massage warm olive oil or coconut oil into the skin in circular motion for few mins, leave it on for 15mins. The oil will also help soften your skin so it can expand, making stretch marks less likely.
